NEW YORK, Feb. 17 10, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Today, sparks & honey, the cultural intelligence consultancy of Omnicom (NYSE: OMC), announced the promotion of Kristin Molinari Cohen from Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development, to Director of Marketing, effective immediately. In this new role, she will oversee all marketing initiatives, including the development of public-facing intellectual property and the company’s influential cultural briefings, while continuing to lead client growth and development. Cohen will continue to report to Founder and CEO Terry Young.
Cohen has worked with Sparks & Honey for over five years, working closely with management to define the new category of data-driven cultural strategy. She has developed and scaled the business from repositioning the company in 2018 towards its consulting model to launching its proprietary AI-based cultural intelligence SaaS platform, Q™. During his tenure, Cohen also led the incubation of a set of modular products to help companies monitor culture in real time.
She has played a key role in the development and deployment of intelligence reports such as Truth, Trust and the Future of Commerce, The future of giving, Precision Consumer 2030, The equity effect and, the most recent Commercial bets 2022. Cohen has also been instrumental in launching new practice areas within the company, including the new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practice which launched last year. Alongside Terry Young and the management team, Cohen will continue to grow and evolve the business, ushering in a new era for the decade-old company.

Cohen left the publishing world to become co-founder of Delicious Contents, a full-service editorial-focused creative collective that redefined content creation in the food sphere before heading to sparks and honey.
