Poraj-Kuczewski brings over two decades of experience in customer acquisition, engagement, and marketing communications strategy. He has a deep understanding of brand awareness, product marketing and performance marketing. He has had tremendous success in growing products, campaigns and brands online from launch to release.

Poraj-Kuczewski’s addition follows New Western’s hiring of former eBay and Google executive Dipak Joshi as chief financial officer, responsible for overseeing all financial matters for the company’s three divisions. . In 2005, Joshi moved to the United States and worked as an acquisitions manager for eBay, completing 42 transactions. From 2006 to 2010, he served as Google’s corporate financial controller in Silicon Valley, before leaving for the startup world as CFO of several companies. New Western marks Joshi’s sixth growth venture, having worked as CFO at FuzeBox, Milestone Internet, BitTorrent, Retail Solutions and SightCall. He is a qualified accountant in the UK and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
