ATLANTE, August 23, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Crystalthe original home of the slider in the South, recently announced that Casey Terrell has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. Terrell is a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in B2C and B2B revenue transformation as well as visibility and operations for globally recognized brands across multiple industries including retail, hospitality, restaurants, technology , etc. He will report to crystal chair Thomas Stager.

Prior to joining Krystal, Terrell was responsible for digital transformation for Priority Brands. In this role, he oversaw transformation and change management for all seven brands: Carvel®cinnamon®by Schlotzsky®Moe’s Southwest Grill®at Aunt Anne’s®McAlister’s Deli® and Jamba®. He was responsible for enterprise-wide collaboration and innovation in business processes, digital, technology and organizational transformation. Prior to taking on the role of Head of Digital Transformation, Terrell led marketing for Schlotzsky’s. Focus Brands has over 6,500 locations worldwide.

Terrell’s food and beverage marketing experience also includes Head of Global Retail Marketing and Digital Transformation for Anheuser-Busch, VP/Head of Global Brand, US Marketing and Transformation Digital for Le Pain Quotidien, International Brand Manager (2014-2015) and Director, Integrated Marketing (2013-2014) for Outback Steakhouse and Brand Manager for Burger King.

Prior to embarking on his career in marketing, Terrell served as an officer in the United States Army. He led a troop of more than 90 personnel and supervised the deployment training of more than 1,000 soldiers.

Casey Terrell is preparing a master’s degree in science, strategic communications from Colombia Universityand holds a Master of Business Administration, Marketing & Finance from Florida State Universityand a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Systems Engineering and History of Art, Philosophy and Literature of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Terrell is a member of Innovation. He has been a guest speaker at various professional conferences, where he shares his ideas on innovation and best business practices.
