HomeServe has named Andy Yost as its new North American Chief Marketing Officer and Board Member. Yost joined HomeServe on August 8 and replaces Mike Rauscher, who has worked at HomeServe since 2008 and has retired.

Yost brings nearly 30 years of leadership and marketing experience to HomeServe, having most recently held a similar position at Kinsa, a health technology startup that is a leader in B2B/B2C marketing. Additionally, he has helped establish business excellence, set strategic direction, and create value for other industry-leading start-ups and companies, including Gannett, Viacom, Dow Jones, Columbia House, and American Express. .

In addition to leading the marketing function, Rauscher also led the account management function for several years, managing HomeServe’s relationships with the company’s municipal and utility partners. He was also a valued member of HomeServe’s North American Board of Directors.
