Notice Regarding Completion of Acquisition of Real Estate in Osaka for Real Estate Condominium Investment Product “Premium Asset Series”
Financial Products Group Co., Ltd. (FPG) announces that we have acquired the commercial real estate in Nishishinsaibashi, Chuoku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, effective today, to hold the “Premium Asset Series”, a real estate fraction produced property investment using trust functions. The Premium Asset Series utilizes the beneficial right of trust of FPG Trust Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of FPG, and is designed for our clients seeking asset management and asset succession as as a product enabling small-lot investments as low as 10 million yen in prime real estate in the heart of Tokyo and other major cities in Japan.
The property we have just acquired is a commercial property located 5 minutes walk from Exit 7 of Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Subway Midosuji Line, Yotsubashi Line and Nagahori Tsurumiryokuchi Line.
