Bhavna Dewan joined Fairgrove Partners as an Associate Director. She comes after spending the past six years with the strategy consulting brand of a Big Four.

Founded in 2013, Fairgrove Partners is a London-based strategic advisory firm serving corporates, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as high net worth individual family offices. The consulting firm works with clients in Britain, the United States, China and Japan, deploying financial and business analysis to help companies identify areas for performance improvement.

Over the past year, Fairgrove has experienced record growth, reaching 35% to reach an 8-year CAGR of 29%. With clients looking to strategize to weather market turmoil and position themselves for economic recovery, the consulting firm is preparing for this increased demand to continue.

The final step in these preparations sees the arrival of Bhavna Dewan in the company, adding additional experience to the board’s training, TMTs, retail and industry practices. With a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Sheffield, Dewan has spent his career working on business or sales due diligence and strategy projects in various industries.

Patrick Woodrow, Partner at Fairgrove, said: “We are delighted to welcome Bhavna Dewan to our team at Fairgrove Partners. Bhavna is an experienced M&A and Strategy consultant who joins us as Managing Partner after nearly 6 years at EY-Parthenon… We look forward to introducing Bhavna to our network.

Dewan joined EY-Parthenon – the global professional services heavyweight strategy firm EY – in 2015, initially working as a strategic analyst. In 2018, she had secured the position of Project Manager, with key responsibilities including leading workflow, problem solving, coaching junior staff and business analysis. In this role, she worked with clients in the retail, consumer products, travel and industrial products segments.
