Applications are invited for a temporary position of Finance Executive Assistant within the UCD Finance Office.
The Finance Office is looking to recruit a competent and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to work within the financial administration. The successful candidate will join a busy team, duties may include but not limited to taking care of recording and processing daily banking transactions, depositing physical receipts, issuing and recording petty cash, bank reconciliations, creation and receipt of purchases. sales orders and/or invoices, customer account reconciliations, debt collection and other tasks assigned by the team leader or his designate.
Applicants should have at least two years of experience in a busy account environment, but extensive on-the-job training will also be provided. All staff members are encouraged to develop their careers and skills through participation in training courses and continuing education.
The successful candidate will be encouraged and supported to pursue an accounting qualification. Skills required include numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and teamwork skills. Candidates should be able to work on their own initiative as well as work within a busy and professional team. The successful candidate will also have excellent written and oral communication skills.
95 years old Executive assistant 2013 (2010) Salary scale: €26,204 to €41,505 per year.
The appointment will be made on the scale and in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Finance
