Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Dipti Kachru as Global Marketing Director, based in New York and reporting to President Chris Perry.

The Global Marketing Director will be responsible for branding and digital strategy, product positioning, lead generation and thought leadership, all aspects of Broadridge’s global marketing organization.

Dipti Kachru was hired to drive measurable growth, build the global reputation of the Broadridge brand, expand customer relationships, and support the organization’s revenue growth ambitions.

As part of the new partnership, SBI Securities will migrate post-trade operations from its Hong Kong and Singapore operations to Broadridge’s cloud-based ASP service in Asia and add new services to automate statement confirmation and output. to customers.

SBI Securities will also leverage Broadridge’s SWIFT Service Bureau to automate SWIFT global messaging workflows directly with its custodian, enabling them to outsource the entire post-trade processing value chain to Broadridge.
