Evans joins Alida’s C-Suite bringing over 25 years of growth expertise

TORONTO — Alida, a leader in customer experience management (CXM), today announced the appointment of Mary Kay Evans as chief marketing officer. As CMO, Evans will lead the company’s overall marketing strategy and partner with the extended leadership team to lead the company’s next phase of growth.

Evans has extensive experience transforming the way technology companies interact with their markets, customers and employees. Most recently, Evans was CMO for Pymetrics, an AI-based talent matching platform. Prior to Pymetrics, Evans was CMO for Verizon Digital Media, where she served as a key leader responsible for bringing together several acquisitions to form a new business unit. She also led the marketing program that sparked revenue growth for the SaaS platform that today powers streaming media experiences for many of the world’s largest media brands. Prior to his tenure at Verizon, Evans co-founded Radi8 Creative, a full-service marketing agency.
