Allen joined AgentSync as the first member of the company’s sales team and laid the foundation for the company’s sales function. Over the past two years, Allen has built the team from zero to over thirty, with the intention of finishing the year at sixty. In addition to building the infrastructure for an ever-evolving sales function, Allen played an important role in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and empowering sales team members, while exceeding revenue goals. In his role as chief revenue officer, Allen is responsible for working directly with clients and advisors as an advocate for the future of insurance infrastructure.
A seasoned business executive, Allen got his start at Zenefits, where he and the co-founder of AgentSync Niji Sabharwal worked together. Allen led a team of 250 sales agents and helped open and scale the Scottsdale, AZ Sales Office. Allen then led sales for Flexport, where he was responsible for scaling the company’s global expansion and developing the playbook for new market expansion. During his time at Flexport, he hired and developed sales functions and opened offices in new markets, including new York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, hong kongand amsterdam.

Gaines brings decades of deep marketing knowledge to the AgentSync leadership team. Prior to joining AgentSync, Gaines held several marketing leadership positions at established and start-up B2B companies. Most recently, he was CMO at Forrester and Sirius Decisions, a global research and consulting firm that enables global marketing, product and sales leaders to align with each other, execute with precision and accelerate growth. In addition to being responsible for all global marketing strategy, Gaines led the marketing executive services at SiriusDecisions where he and his team acted as personal advisors to key global CMOs to drive positive organizational change, validate decisions, innovate, benchmark and challenge them to create the most effective, measurable and accountable marketing function possible.
